FAQs

How do I Sell My Property with Zero Fees?

If its free to sell my property, how do you make any money?

The buyer pays our commission fee’s. Our fee’s start from £995.

Do you work for the buyer or the seller?

We work for both. Our business is based upon giving the best service and that is for both the seller and the buyer.

In order to market the property we have an initial contract with the seller. When a buyer has an offer accepted we then take a commitment fee from the buyer and at that point we have a contract with the buyer.

Ultimately we want the sale to complete so we have satisfied customers who will use us again in the future and refer us to anyone who is considering selling their property.

Why do you charge the buyer and not the seller?

In everyday sales of goods and services the seller doesn’t pay a fee to sell, so why should the seller pay a fee to an estate agent to sell their property. If a buyer wants a property, in our opinion they should be pay. We offer great service and our fee is a reflection of that.

As someone who is considering putting a house on the market, what is there to lose?

The seller has nothing to lose by putting their property on the market with Quick Sale Agent. If the estate agent fee was putting you off from marketing their property, we have now removed that concern.

If we didn’t offer the seller the opportunity of putting their house on the market for zero fee’s, the property may not appear on the market when you were looking.

Why do you take a commitment fee from the buyer?

1 out of every 3 property sale falls through. We want to reduce that number. In our experience when a buyer has ‘skin in the game’, and by that we mean paying a commitment fee, they are less likely to let the buyer down at the last minute.

If the seller pulls out of the sale, the buyer will be refunded his commitment fee.

How much is the buyers commitment fee?

£500, and this is taken off the commission fee. For example, if the commission fee is £995, the buyer will pay £500 commitment fee once their offer is accepted. The remaining £495 will be paid from the buyer on completion.

Where is the buyer’s commitment fee held?

This is held in a solicitor’s account

Do you advertise on Rightmove and Zoopla?

Yes. We also advertise using our Facebook page and On The Market.

98% of properties are sold via Rightmove and Zoopla

How do the sellers provide the photo’s and property description?

A typical estate agent will take photo’s using their smartphone, we believe the property seller is more than capable of doing the same. If you want professional photo’s taken these typically cost £80.
